Scott Eastwood was born in Framingham, Massachusetts in 1978. He received his BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia in 2000 and his MFA from University of Texas at Austin in 2011. He is an active member of MASS Gallery in Austin, Texas since 2008. Eastwood has completed residencies at The Vermont Studio Center, The Fabric Workshop and Museum in Philadelphia as well as Buoy Gallery in Kittery, Maine. He is a member of the one-man band (sometimes two) bass experience, AIR JORDAN. Eastwood is also part of Boozefox International, an Austin-based art collective. Despite moving a lot as a child he still feels he owes a lot of his upbringing to the great garden state, New Jersey. Eastwood has recently become more open to entertaining the validity of palm and tarot card reading.

GUEST ARTIST: Barbara Perea
Barbara Perea is a Mexico City-based curator, critic, and lecturer with a concentration in emerging media, sound, and video art. In collaboration with curator Mariana David, Perea organized the international residency program David/Perea in 2001, which included artists Pawel Althamer, David Castro, Jorge Macchi and Artur Zmijewski, and produced two major artworks by Santiago Sierra. From 2003 to 2006, she was director of MUCA Roma, a satellite space sponsored by Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. With curator Príamo Lozada, Perea served as artistic co-director of Plataforma Puebla 06 and co-curated the Mexican Pavilion at the 52nd Biennale di Venezia, presenting Some Things Happen More Often Than All of the Time, a solo exhibition by Rafael Lozano-Hemmer. Perea sat on the selection committee for the Berlin-based FAIR PLAY Video Festival in 2006 and the nomination committee for the Rockefeller Foundation/Tribeca Film Institute’s Media Arts Fellowship in 2008. In 2011, she was part of the curatorial team of Transitio mx, an international electronic art and video festival, and is currently a collaborator with SOMA, an artist-directed forum for contemporary art in Mexico City. During September 2012, Perea was the inaugural resident of Casa Chuck, a program of Sala Diaz in San Antonio.

Andrew Douglas Underwood Andrew Douglas Underwood is a Dallas-based artist, whose work is based on the research of historic phenomena and figures. He retells stories in visual and text fragments meant to reflect how one might perceive and filter information.

100 Titles for a Project
Kristina Felix and S.E. Smith Kristina Felix is a visual artist with an MFA and BFA in studio art from the University of Texas at Austin and Columbia College Chicago, respectively. Felix shows nationally in solo and group shows, and is currently growing a Compacta Fern in her Chicago studio. The fern has grown so large, it may just need a dimmer corner.
